About Arcane Thunder

Arcane Thunder 25 is a 2nd Multi-Domain Task Force exercise with U.S. Army and
multinational partners in May 2025 in Utska, Poland; Mainz-Kastel, Germany; and Fort
Huachuca, Arizona. This exercise will integrate joint forces, Allies, and partner capabilities to strengthen our ability to defend U.S. homeland and the protect our Allies.

On September 8, 2023, the Rhode Island National Guard 13th Civil Support Team conducted joint training with the East Providence Fire Department and the North Providence Fire Department. The teams responded to simulated chemical/biological incidents to share standard operating procedures and tactics through situational training lanes.

In this scenario Rhode Island National Guard personnel cooperate with firefighters to respond to a simulated disturbance at a school during a local election, assess the potential hazardous material threat and take precautions to protect the public.
