Dynamic Front

The next iteration of exercise Dynamic Front takes place from Nov. 4-24, 2024 in Finland, Estonia, Germany, Poland, and Romania. It demonstrates NATO’s ability to share fire missions, target information, and operational graphics from the Arctic to the Black Sea.
The exercise increases the lethality of the Alliance through long-distance fires, builds unit readiness in a complex joint, multi-national environment, and leverages host nation capabilities to increase USARUER-AF’s operational reach. Dynamic Front is planned to include more than 1,800 U.S. and 3,700 multi-national service members from 28 Allied and partner nations.

COMPTUEX: The Culminating Pre-Deployment Certification Event for the 26th MEU(SOC)
26th Marine Expeditionary Unit

The 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) completed Composite Training Unit Exercise (C2X), the final at-sea exercise associated with an intense seven-month pre-deployment training program (PTP), June 5, 2023. The 26th MEU completed seven major events during PTP within a realistic threat-informed scenario reflective of the Sixth, Fifth, and Seventh Fleets areas of operations. C2X served as the culminating deployment certification event within the II Marine Expeditionary Force's enhanced PTP and subsequent redesignation as a Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable).
