Dynamic Front

The next iteration of exercise Dynamic Front takes place from Nov. 4-24, 2024 in Finland, Estonia, Germany, Poland, and Romania. It demonstrates NATO’s ability to share fire missions, target information, and operational graphics from the Arctic to the Black Sea.
The exercise increases the lethality of the Alliance through long-distance fires, builds unit readiness in a complex joint, multi-national environment, and leverages host nation capabilities to increase USARUER-AF’s operational reach. Dynamic Front is planned to include more than 1,800 U.S. and 3,700 multi-national service members from 28 Allied and partner nations.

Art U Hosts Basketball Clinic with Troops

The Academy of Art Athletics Department collaborated with the U.S. Navy and the Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco to host a free basketball clinic October 4, 2022. The event is one of several San Francisco Fleet Week (SFFW) events meant to strengthen partnerships between the military and the local community. SFFW is an opportunity for the American public to meet their Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard teams and experience America's sea services. During Fleet Week, service members participate in various community service events, showcase capabilities, and equipment to the community, and enjoy the hospitality of the city and its surrounding areas.
