Dynamic Front

The next iteration of exercise Dynamic Front takes place from Nov. 4-24, 2024 in Finland, Estonia, Germany, Poland, and Romania. It demonstrates NATO’s ability to share fire missions, target information, and operational graphics from the Arctic to the Black Sea.
The exercise increases the lethality of the Alliance through long-distance fires, builds unit readiness in a complex joint, multi-national environment, and leverages host nation capabilities to increase USARUER-AF’s operational reach. Dynamic Front is planned to include more than 1,800 U.S. and 3,700 multi-national service members from 28 Allied and partner nations.

U.S. Soldiers conducted use case operations with the Small Multi-purpose Equipment Transport, a ground robot, and the Ghost-X Unmanned Aircraft System during PC-C4. The U.S. Army is hosting PC-C4, a Joint and Multinational, two-phase, “in-the-dirt” experiment from Feb. 23 – March 20, 2024. PC-C4 participants include the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Space Force, along with militaries from partner and allied countries, including the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, France, and Japan. PC-C4 is a culmination of numerous preceding exercises, experimentations, and events; it provides a critical venue to identify and refine recommendations necessary to transform the Army and ensure future war-winning readiness.
