Dynamic Front

The next iteration of exercise Dynamic Front takes place from Nov. 4-24, 2024 in Finland, Estonia, Germany, Poland, and Romania. It demonstrates NATO’s ability to share fire missions, target information, and operational graphics from the Arctic to the Black Sea.
The exercise increases the lethality of the Alliance through long-distance fires, builds unit readiness in a complex joint, multi-national environment, and leverages host nation capabilities to increase USARUER-AF’s operational reach. Dynamic Front is planned to include more than 1,800 U.S. and 3,700 multi-national service members from 28 Allied and partner nations.

For 115 years, Grafenwöhr Training Area has been a cornerstone of military readiness, partnership, and innovation. Established in 1910 by the Royal Bavarian Army and used by U.S. forces since 1945, Grafenwöhr has grown into one of the most advanced and strategically important training areas in Europe. Today, the 7th Army Training Command is the U.S. Army’s largest overseas training command, which enables readiness for U.S. Army Europe and Africa forces, NATO allies, and partner for peace nations. Readiness is our number one priority—we deliver trained, equipped, and combat-ready forces for any global mission. Grafenwöhr Training Area promotes interoperability and modernization, preparing U.S and multinational forces to fight and win in a near-peer environment.
