Dynamic Front

The next iteration of exercise Dynamic Front takes place from Nov. 4-24, 2024 in Finland, Estonia, Germany, Poland, and Romania. It demonstrates NATO’s ability to share fire missions, target information, and operational graphics from the Arctic to the Black Sea.
The exercise increases the lethality of the Alliance through long-distance fires, builds unit readiness in a complex joint, multi-national environment, and leverages host nation capabilities to increase USARUER-AF’s operational reach. Dynamic Front is planned to include more than 1,800 U.S. and 3,700 multi-national service members from 28 Allied and partner nations.

USASMDC 2021 Best Warrior Competition

Seven Soldiers representing U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command elements from across the globe met in Colorado Springs to compete in the command’s annual Best Warrior Competition, June 7-11. Competitors were Staff Sgt. Bradley Coss, Company B, 53rd Signal Battalion; Staff Sgt. Joshua Balasa, Company C, 53rd Signal Battalion; Sgt. Jonathon Baker, Company D, 53rd Signal Battalion; Sgt. Christopher Ortiz, 49th Missile Defense Battalion; Spc. Charlton Baltzegar, Company E, 53rd Signal Battalion; Spc. Adam Gellert, Company A, 53rd Signal Battalion; and Spc. Anthony Marlin, Company C, 53rd Signal Battalion. Coss and Gellert were named the command's 2021 Best Warriors.
