Dynamic Front

The next iteration of exercise Dynamic Front takes place from Nov. 4-24, 2024 in Finland, Estonia, Germany, Poland, and Romania. It demonstrates NATO’s ability to share fire missions, target information, and operational graphics from the Arctic to the Black Sea.
The exercise increases the lethality of the Alliance through long-distance fires, builds unit readiness in a complex joint, multi-national environment, and leverages host nation capabilities to increase USARUER-AF’s operational reach. Dynamic Front is planned to include more than 1,800 U.S. and 3,700 multi-national service members from 28 Allied and partner nations.

B-ROLL: Maryland Army National Guard supports NATO exercise Immediate Response

Soldiers of the Maryland Army National Guard's 200th Military Police Company, and 115th Military Police Battalion, Headquarters-Headquarters Detachment, conduct joint training with members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina Light Infantry Battlegroup during Immediate Response–DEFENDER 25, at the Red Land Training Area, Knin, Croatia, May 29-31, 2025. Immediate Response 25 is a U.S. Army large-scale exercise enhancing NATO integration through state partnership readiness programs, such as between the Maryland National Guard and Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to further equip NATO’s regional plans and uphold U.S. commitments to the Alliance.
