Dynamic Front

The next iteration of exercise Dynamic Front takes place from Nov. 4-24, 2024 in Finland, Estonia, Germany, Poland, and Romania. It demonstrates NATO’s ability to share fire missions, target information, and operational graphics from the Arctic to the Black Sea.
The exercise increases the lethality of the Alliance through long-distance fires, builds unit readiness in a complex joint, multi-national environment, and leverages host nation capabilities to increase USARUER-AF’s operational reach. Dynamic Front is planned to include more than 1,800 U.S. and 3,700 multi-national service members from 28 Allied and partner nations.

NSWC PCD strengthens present, future OCEANS 22 coastal resilience impact
Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division
Nov. 29, 2022 | 3:20
OCEANS is the premier marine technology and ocean engineering conference and Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division played a huge part in its most recent event, OCEANS 2022 Hampton Roads, Va., Oct. 17 - 20. This bi-annual event for global marine technologists, engineers, students, government officials, lawyers, and advocates highlights relevant topics and current trends while creating a community of learners and influencers who consistently advance research, practices, and policies for the marine field.

This Navy Lab's presence was evident bringing more than 15 personnel who served as authors, chairpersons, human resources, plenary panelists, and a keynote speaker. Only fitting to be present there, as NSWC PCD actually hosted the very first OCEANS conference in Panama City in 1970. This conference was the first of its kind where the U.S. Navy, NASA and NOAA served as event organizers. (U.S. Navy video by Jeremy Roman)
